ThePlanIsOn began with a problem its founder saw again and again: avid travellers, riding and driving clubs, and groups of friends who barely overlap, all trying to plan something together. The dates live in one chat, the route in another, the money in a spreadsheet, and the plan in nobody’s hands.
ThePlanIsOn is one place for all of it: dates, stops, money, documents and who’s coming. It’s for any group that would rather be on the road than in the thread.
What we don’t do, and why.
Private by default
Every Plan is invite-only. Nothing becomes public unless you make it so.
The organizer decides
Totals inform; a person confirms. The app never picks a date, and AI never acts alone.
No friction to say yes
An invitee can understand and respond with no account and no install. Joining is their choice, later.
Truthful states
Pending, delivered, failed. Never “sent” until it is. Never a green tick as the only signal.
Plans, not a platform
No ticketing, no public discovery, no ads, no marketplace. Money is recorded, never moved.
Your apps, your message
We never send WhatsApp or SMS on your behalf. Sharing opens your own apps with the link ready.
