What happens if my group grows past 25?
Nothing breaks. Your Plan keeps working for the people already in it. You’ll be asked to move to Organize before inviting person 26. Existing responses and history stay.
Do the people I invite need to pay or sign up?
No. Invitees respond from the link with no account. Joining the private Plan needs a sign-in (magic link or one-time code) but is always free for them.
Does the AI cost extra?
No. Drafting a Plan from a sentence is included in every tier, and the manual form always works even if the assistant is unavailable.
Can I collect money for the event through ThePlanIsOn?
Not in the Event product. Contributions are for things — water bottles, snacks, old photographs — never money. Expense splitting belongs to a separate Roadtrip product.
What happens to my Plan if I cancel?
It becomes read-only for everyone in it. Nothing is deleted. You can export it at any time.
