How it works

From a sentence to a Saturday.

Every gathering goes through the same three moments: the Plan gets shared, the group coordinates, and then the Plan goes live. Here’s what each one looks like.

1 · The Plan is sharedOrganizer intent → first response

Describe it. Or fill a form. Same result.

“I’m organizing a reunion for my Masters batch of 2003 in Pune, but we still need to decide the date.” The assistant turns that into a structured draft — title, type, people, location, the decisions still open — with every suggestion labelled AI-assisted and every field editable. Prefer to type it yourself? The form is one click away and lands in the exact same review step.

Review before anything exists.

You see the original intent, the extracted structure, what participants will see, and a plain-language summary of what “Create Plan” will do. Nothing is created, sent or published from a prompt alone.

  • Unresolved decisions are listed, not hidden.
  • Back and edit at any point.
  • One explicit confirmation.

Create Plan

Share one link. People answer without an account.

The invitation shows only what you published: the title, the cover, who’s hosting and the date options. Each person marks Works / Maybe / Doesn’t work per option and gives a separate RSVP. One tap to submit. Joining the private Plan is optional, later, and needs a sign-in.

2 · The group coordinatesResponses → a confirmed Event

You pick the date.

Totals show who can make what. The product never chooses for you. Confirming closes availability, keeps the history, and publishes an official Update everyone can trust.

One venue, an ordered agenda.

Name, written directions, a contact for the day, arrival notes. Agenda items across one or two days with a location label like “Main Hall”. Participants get a clean read-only view.

Who’s bringing what.

Water bottles, snacks, extension boards, old photographs. Requested, committed, remaining, fulfilled — things, not money.

Official Updates ≠ chat.

Updates are numbered, immutable and delivered by email with a visible pending/delivered/failed state. Chat is one casual room with reactions. They never blur.

Files and reminders.

A flat file list organizers manage. One-off reminders tied to the Plan, an agenda item or a contribution — in-app and email, with quiet hours.

One page for participants.

Dates, venue, your RSVP, the latest Update, the agenda, what you owe, add-to-calendar. Desktop, tablet, phone.

3 · The Plan goes liveOn the day

On the day, four questions.

The participant page reorganises itself around Today, Next, Changed and Essentials. What’s on now, what’s next and where, what changed since you last looked, and the things you’ll need: directions, the contact, the essential file, your RSVP.

Weak signal? The page keeps the last-synced Plan readable, queues your photos locally with their real capture time, and never says “sent” until it is.
